Below isn ESTIMATE quote from North Coast custom Roofing to install a 100mm overlapping flashing 30mm above existing apron flashing that joins each set of units together. Note here its only an estimate not an exact to the dollar quote like others as I asked them for it now based on the notes and diagram they made while doing original quote for resealing all other flashings. I think all joins between the 5 sets of duplex differ slightly so there may be some small adjustments.

Please find your quote amended as I thought there was 4 sets of 2 units but there is 5 sets of 2 units.
Quote applys for all 5 units as from my paper work I have 1 x 8m long wall seperating the two units above living area only per town house.
Below is rough sketch to show you what they mean by overfishing it would be setup like below . It forms a double barrier against rain.
