As per site inspection the cost to produce and deliver a roof report on the unit complex above will be around $5,500.00 including gst.
Prodigy Const and Roofing NT is not in a position to be repairing a roof or all roofs as they are at some older age and any work completed can not be guaranteed as new material will have to be used to fix and repair a numerous amount of work that has not been completed to our standards.
Peters Notes: High cost of Reports was because they would have reported and quoted separately for each unit. Secondly their main focus is now on stripping and re-roofing and new roofs.
Mikes point of view was that the poor workmanship and old materials may present problems in future thus not enabling them to guarantee their adjoining works ???
